In this episode of Hands-On, host Aiden Guerette chats with Mariyah Castigliego, a current student of the Criminal Justice program, about her experiences in the program.
Afterwards, a short intermission from host Kaleb Ranquist and US Army Staff Sergeant, Ryan Whitley about benefits enlisting in the army can do for students.
Kaleb then talks with Criminal Justice instructor, Colonel Steve Spaulding, about his experiences as a Maine State Trooper, and what students are expected to do in the program.

In this episode, host Kaleb Ranquist has a chat with Culinary Arts student, Alex Mullins, about her experience in the program, and her plans for the future.
Afterward, Kaleb talks to Culinary Arts instructor, Chef Chris Whitman, about what students are currently up to in the program, as well as the benefits of taking the program.
Kaleb then chats with Educational Technician, Elizabeth Mullins, who helps students in the class along with Chef Whitman.

On this episode, we interview the 2022-2023 Student of the Year Andrew Doughty. He recently participated in the state of Maine's Skills USA down in Bangor competing as a firefighter. He won the state competition and is now going to the national competition being held in Atlanta in June. Currently Andrew is enrolled in the EMT program; he took firefighting however his first year at TCTC. Hope you all enjoy this episode of Hands-On.
